Late in the 3rd period, a Canucks player takes a slap-shot from the blue line, resulting in a slap-shot penalty being called. Upon seeing the call was against them, the player yells an expletive at the official. and chooses to leave to the dressing room. rather than serve the penalty.
The call on the ice was a slapshot, unsporting behaviour, and an added misconduct.
Result
A Canucks player received a 2-game suspension.
