League Operations
At it’s core, the ARL Board is made up of a group of individuals dedicated to keeping the ARL running in the vision of the league founders Patricia Doherty-Baranowski and Scot Cameron.
They collectively handle the daily operations of the ARL, including policies, rules, disciplinary hearings, and disputes. They can be reached via the shared email address [email protected] or their individual addresses.
Members of the ARL Board are not employees of Wave Sports (the league owners). In exchange for managing the league, the are provided a roster position free-of-cost. The same compensation is given regardless if they choose to play in a season or not and there is no alternative reward or income provided.
Cody Lusk
League Affairs / Web / Technical
Cody is the webmaster of the Rookie Hockey and ARL Board websites, operated by Lusk Technologies. He oversees player registrations and assists with the daily operations of the ARL where needed.
Patte Beltrame
League Affairs / Treasurer
Patte is an ARL veteran who has been with the league through both the good times and bumpy patches. She handles general day-to-day operations as well as league cash flow (a fancy way of saying she hands-off registrations fees to the Wave).
Mike Stelmach
League Affairs / Orders & Procurement
Mike is in charge of day-to-day operations of the ARL. He is also in charge of procuring any supplies or tools needed for ARL operations, such as team jerseys.
Michael Durrant
League Affairs / League Photographer
Michael is the official photographer of the ARL. His work can be seen on the ARL’s Flickr page, as well as his own portfolio linked below. With his long tenure of assisting with ARL-related activities, Michael naturally moved into his role of managing the league and the face of communications.
